Registration

The online registration system is now available. Participants may complete their registration first. The online payment system is expected to be officially opened by the end of May.

Participants are kindly encouraged to complete registration and payment before 30 June 2026, which will help the organizing committee coordinate accommodation and other arrangements. Please also note that the early-bird registration deadline is 30 June 2026.

Registration fee:

To facilitate payment and financial settlement, the registration fees for DC2026 will be charged in Chinese Yuan (RMB). The final registration fees are as follows:

l  Student: RMB 2,800 for early-bird registration; RMB 3,200 for regular registration 

l  Participant: RMB 5,600 for early-bird registration; RMB 6,000 for regular registration

l  RILEM Member: RMB 5,600 for both early-bird and regular registration

Participants registering as Student or RILEM Member will be asked to present valid proof at on-site check-in, such as a RILEM membership page, student ID, or certificate of enrollment. Without valid proof, the fee difference for the Participant category should be paid. 

Please note that bank charges, card issuer fees, or other transaction fees may occur during the actual payment process, depending on the participant’s bank or payment method.

Cancellation policy:

In principle, registration fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been completed. Refund requests will only be considered under special circumstances, such as visa refusal, force majeure, or other exceptional cases.

For cancellations, written notice should be prepared and sent by email to digitalconcrete2026@gmail.com. The Organizing Committee will review each request based on the actual circumstances and determine whether a refund can be granted and the corresponding refund amount. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.

For participants whose papers have already been included in the conference proceedings but who are unable to attend the conference, cancellation requests submitted by 31 August 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund only. No refund can be made after this date.

l  Cancellations received by 31 July 2026: 85% refund of fees paid

l  Cancellations received by 31 August 2026: 50% refund of fees paid

l  Cancellations received after 31 August 2026: No refund can be made
